nodeReplicator provides database replication management services, including but not limited to:

• MariaDB replication setup and management
• Automated database failover
• Database monitoring and maintenance
• Backup management

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. nodeReplicator cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Service Usage and Limitations

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share your account credentials with third parties

5. Payment Terms

Some aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. Payment is charged on a pre-paid basis and is non-refundable. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which we will charge as applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by nodeReplicator, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

nodeReplicator, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
